OUR SERVICES

 Individual Counselling

Individual counselling provides a private and confidential space where clients can explore personal concerns, challenges, and goals with a trained counsellor. Sessions are tailored to meet each person’s unique needs, offering support for emotional well-being, personal growth, coping with stress, improving relationships, and navigating life transitions. The process empowers clients to gain insight, develop healthy coping strategies, and work toward positive change in a safe and supportive environment.

Group Counselling

Group counselling provides a supportive environment where individuals with similar concerns or experiences can come together to share, learn, and grow. Facilitated by a trained counsellor, sessions encourage mutual support, open discussion, and the development of coping skills. Participants gain insight, build connections, and practice strategies for personal growth while benefiting from the shared experiences of the group.

Psycho-education

Psychoeducation involves structured learning sessions designed to provide individuals or groups with knowledge and skills related to mental health, emotional well-being, and personal development. These sessions help participants understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviours, and equip them with practical strategies to manage stress, improve coping skills, and make informed decisions about their mental health.

Workshop Presentation

The Counselling Centre offers interactive workshops on a variety of topics related to mental health, personal development, and well-being. These sessions provide practical skills, strategies, and knowledge to help participants manage stress, improve relationships, enhance resilience, and achieve personal and academic goals. Workshops are designed to be engaging, educational, and applicable to everyday life.
