Purpose

The Certificate in Ministry and Leadership Development is designed to equip pastors, church leaders, and Christian workers who have not previously received formal theological education with foundational biblical, theological, and ministry competencies for effective service in the Church and society.

The programme seeks to provide accessible, affordable, and practical theological education that strengthens ministry effectiveness, promotes spiritual maturity, and prepares servant leaders for faithful Christian ministry throughout the Caribbean and the wider diaspora.

Programme Objectives

Upon successful completion of the programme, participants should be able to:

Demonstrate a foundational understanding of Scripture, Christian doctrine, and the mission of the Church.
Apply biblical principles in preaching, teaching, pastoral care, evangelism, discipleship, and Christian leadership.
